clockwise from left:
roasted cauliflower salad with green beans and chickpeas (leftover from barbrix)
summer farro salad with peas, mint, pine nuts and feta (also from barbrix)
toasted nori, tempeh, ginger, cucumber + mini avocado -- made into little rolls

it didn't look quite as green in real life . . . but honestly it was one of my most delicious lunches ever.
